Belzona liquid-applied roof coatings, such as Belzona 3111 (Flexible Membrane), are proven to protect roofs for over 25 years and can be applied in almost any location, including schools, hospitals and other public buildings, due to its low odour. This extends to the emergency roofing repair solution, Belzona 3121 (MR7), which combines high adhesion and weatherproofing properties with the ability to be applied during adverse weather conditions
Belzona offers a wide variety of epoxy concrete repair composites and coatings to resurface damaged concrete and stone constructions, protecting them against chemical and environmental attack. Using fast-curing materials, such as Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz), a wide range of areas within facilities can be repaired, including damaged concrete floors, balconies, loose railings and many more. Where the levelling of large, uneven areas of spalled and damaged concrete or stone areas is required, Belzona 4154 (Bulkfill Resin) can be used with a locally sourced aggregate to offer a highly cost-effective solution, especially for large scale applications.
Belzona range of chemical resistant epoxy coatings, such as Belzona 4311 (Magma CR1), are specially designed to ensure long-term chemical protection to secondary containment areas, channels and gratings. For safety enhancement, Belzona 4411 (Granogrip) provides slip reduction flooring and is available in a range of colours to aid visibility.
Worn and damaged concrete and masonry walls, chimneys and other overhead concrete surfaces can be repaired using lightweight materials such as Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build), which will reduce downtime and avoid the need for expensive structural rebuild of your facilities. Water repellent coatings such as Belzona 5122 (Clear Cladding Concentrate) offer brick, stone or concrete walls, long-term protection from moisture ingress, whilst retaining the natural appearance of the surface. Environmental barrier coatings, such as Belzona 5111 (Ceramic Cladding) and Belzona 5151 (Hi-Build Cladding), are suited to providing long-term protection against physical, chemical and bacterial attack and can be easily applied by brush or spray with no specialist tools required.
